Navigation and tracking of personnel at the concert venue VK Stadium
Indoors Navigation has successfully implemented a personnel tracking system during concerts and event events based on the INP platform at one of Moscow's largest concert venues, VK Stadium.
The solution combined convenient navigation for thousands of guests and intelligent control over the work of the staff, which allowed us to raise the organization of events to a new technological level and raise the positive experience for all participants.
The main goal of the project was to solve two key tasks: eliminating chaos and confusion for visitors in a complex multi-level space and providing the administration with a tool for point-to-point personnel management in real time during mass events.

Solution description
The implementation included large-scale engineering and technical work: the installation of more than 70 BLE locators and 150 personal tags for employees, the laying of 5 kilometers of cable routes and the deployment of network infrastructure. Two interconnected modules of the Indoors Navigation Platform were launched on this base.
For the guests: QR navigation
Visitors no longer need to spend time searching or installing special applications. It is enough to scan any of the QR codes located throughout the site to instantly download an interactive 3D map of VK Stadium in the smartphone browser. The system automatically detects the user's location and allows you to plot the optimal route to any object with one touch: bars, toilets, cloakrooms, exits or recreation areas. This reduces stress levels and allows guests to focus on the concert rather than on finding a way.
For administration: staff tracking and analytics module
The web-based control panel displays the entire operational situation in real time. The administration sees each employee on the digital twin of the site and instantly gets answers to key questions.:
- Do all the waiters serve their sectors, and are the guards on duty?
- Are there enough bartenders at each bar and staff in the kitchen for the current workload?
- Are there any scheduled site inspections?
The system allows you to send targeted location-based notifications to employees and receive feedback from them, organizing clear shift management.
Deep post-performance analysis
No data is lost after the event. The administration receives detailed PDF reports and analytics in the web interface of the INP platform.:
- Heat maps of employee attendance and movements.
- Tracks and movement history in any time slices.
- Statistics on visits to zones, time at workplaces, and analysis of non-working activity.
- This provides an objective basis for personnel decisions, optimizing staff placement and improving service standards.
