You gain access to a digital 3D map covering all parking levels—available via mobile app, web browser, and on-site terminals. Users can quickly locate a specific parking space, generate a route to it, and follow turn-by-turn navigation.
The system allows users to view available spots, pre-book parking, and generate an access pass—which can be shown to security via the mobile app—before navigating directly to their assigned space. Returning to the vehicle is just as easy, with route guidance available from the user's current location.

Points of interest and navigation
The driver enters the location number and searches for an elevator, an apartment in a residential complex, or a store in a shopping mall. The system plots a route with an accuracy of a few meters.
Parking reservation
Upon seeing an available spot on the parking map, the user can book it directly within the app. The administrator receives the request and confirms it.
Parking positioning
The system determines which floor and zone the vehicle is in. BLE sensors operate inside the underground parking garage, while GPS is used outdoors.
Works without an app
If a guest doesn't have the app, they scan the QR code at the entrance and access an interactive map in their browser. No installation, no registration required.
Parking navigation operates on the "personal navigator" principle: the driver interacts with the system via a mobile app or a web version.

Standard systems (counters) simply state: "20 spaces available." Our system says: "Space A-12 is free. It’s near the elevator and has a wide entry. Would you like us to reserve it? Here is the route." We add context, navigation, and management capabilities.
Do I need to buy your sensors to get started?
No. The digital control room works primarily as software. For indoor navigation, we recommend INB v1.2 Bluetooth tags, but the system also integrates with any third-party equipment via API. GPS is sufficient for street navigation.
How can you tell if a parking space is free if there are no sensors?
The platform can determine space occupancy indirectly—based on the geolocation of the owner's smartphone, which is linked to the parking spot. If the owner's phone leaves the area, the space is considered vacant. Alternatively, it can use integration with license plate recognition cameras.
How quickly does the system pay for itself?
