Our solution is a comprehensive navigation ecosystem for exhibitions of any scale, encompassing several key stages and technologies.
Rapid digitalization of the space:
It all starts with the rapid creation of a digital foundation. In just a few days, we create a precise map of the exhibition pavilion, public areas, and parking, so visitors can easily find not only the right booth but also their car after a busy day.
Interactive 3D map and digital twin of the exhibition:
We create a detailed digital twin of the exhibition space. Participants can preview the layout in advance and find the desired booth on the map before entering the pavilion. Of particular interest was the digital twin of each individual booth, with the precise locations of products, activity zones, and meeting rooms.
Precise positioning and routing:
The exhibition features a convenient positioning and route planning system to any point of interest. The system automatically determines the user's location and guides them along the route like a real navigator—step-by-step, with indications of turns and remaining time.
QR navigation without installing an app:
Our navigation works without a mobile app. Simply scan the QR code, and a map with your current location will appear in your smartphone browser. The QR code at the pavilion entrance is especially convenient: by scanning it, visitors instantly receive directions from the entrance to the desired booth or conference hall.
AR navigation with a wow factor:
Augmented reality technology deserves special attention—it creates and guides routes in AR mode. This feature created a real wow factor for all GITEX visitors. Simply scan a QR code with your smartphone camera, and 3D arrows appear on the screen, superimposed on the camera image. The navigator guides you along the route in real time, indicating turns and directions. The screen displays information about the number of meters traveled and the time it takes to reach your destination. And once you reach your destination, the system sends a notification confirming your successful arrival.
